Social Networking and the Family Court

The Chief Justice of the Family Court is urging the Federal Government to regulate the use of social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.  In this article on the ABC the Chief Justice and others discuss the way that the Court is portrayed on these sites and the need for legislators to address the issue.

Section 121 of the Family Law Act can be used to deal with this issue, but it would appear that something more is required.
