Important Note - Please read these instructions before completing to your Online Will instruction sheet.

The online will instruction sheet sets out the information you need to provide to us for a Will to be prepared for your signature on your attendance at our office. . Simply tab through the instruction sheet, fill in as many fields on the sheet as possible, then click on the ‘submit’ button. The information provided by you will enable us to prepare a draft Will, Power of Attorney and other relevant documents for you.

Submitting the instruction sheet does not mean you have made a Will. Completing the instruction sheet, printing it and signing it will not create a valid Will.

Once you have completed the instruction sheet and submitted it to us, we will contact you to confirm our fees for preparing your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and other documents required,and to confirm that you wish to proceed. We will then make arrangements for you to come to our office and sign the documents.

In most situations we will email a draft Will to you before your appointment or before the documents are sent to you for signing. If you have any questions about your Will or any of the details in the instruction sheet, these can be discussed when we meet or when we phone you.

Please note that the information you send us in the Will Instruction Sheet is subject to the strict solicitor/client duty of confidentiality and cannot be provided to any other person or organisation.

This Online Will Instruction Sheet is only available if you live in or are moving to Queensland, Australia. If you live in another state, territory or country, please contact a lawyer in that state, territory or country to make your Will.
