I do not speak or read English. Can I still make a Will?

A will can be made for non-English speaking people or those who may not be able to read and understand English to the sufficient degree required.

An independent translator will be required at the Will signing to translate the Will into the preferred language of the person making the will.

We are able to organise an independent translator to attend our office at the will signing.

If you would like more information regarding a Will for a non-English speaker, please ring our Estates Laws Team on
1300 HATZIS (1300 428 947) or email us at estates@hatzis.com.au.
