Legal problems can either be simple to resolve or more complicated than you ever imagined.Your problem may not require a solution provided by the legal system. However, by meeting you, we can give you options on how to solve your problem in the easiest, most efficient way.
We offer a range of consultations to suit every budget and at times to suit you.
What is the initial consultation about?
Your initial consultation will involve sitting down with one of our Solicitors, experienced in the area specific to your problem.When you have outlined your problem, the solicitor will:
- Identify the scope of the problem.
- Solve the problem right there and then if possible.
- Offer self-help solutions if practical.
- Tell you what your options are for the ongoing steps to resolve things
- Estimate the costs involved with these steps.
- If appropriate, offer you a written quote for any further work to be conducted.
After the consultation, there's no further obligation.
What is the duration of a consultation?
Owing to the simplicity or complexity of problems that arise, there are several different consultation lengths and costs available to you.Our staff will suggest the length of consultation you will need. However, the choice is yours.
We also offer fixed prices for some of our services and telephone consultations if required

What do I need to bring to my first consultaion?
Each matter is different. As a guide however you will need to bring identification and any supporting documentation for your legal query. Please confirm with us when making your appointment and we can assist you further in this regard.Where is your office located?
Hatzis Lawyers is located at 64 Pinelands Road, Sunnybank Hills, Brisbane, Queensland.Heading south from Brisbane City, take the Mains Road exit and follow Mains Road straight through to Pinelands Road.
A Brisbane City Council bus stop is conveniently located right at the front of the office.
Parking is available on the premises.
If you live outside Brisbane or are not able to come in to our office for any reason, the documents can be sent to you for signing.
What are your office working hours?
