  • We will return your calls on the same day if we are not available to take your call when you call us.
  • We give you the flexibility to choose what searches you would like to be conducted on the property you intend to buy.
  • We offer the full range of searches. Depending on your budget and depending on your bank’s requirements, we can do only the basic searches if required.
  • We discuss costs with you from the beginning, including search fees, stamp duty, bank costs, solicitors costs etc so that you can budget accordingly.
